Keeping The Crazy Hidden

I forgot how much exercising helps keep my crazy (OCD, being a mom to two wild boys, trying to be the perfect housewife, dreams of being a ‘real’ artist) under control. I love how it’s such a stress reducer. Along with the music I listen to, it’s the perfect release!
